There’s a new center console with a 12.5-inch touchscreen that’s effortlessly modern and finally features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A digital instrument cluster adds a more contemporary touch. Everything feels more premium and modern than before.
The Aston Martin Vantage stays true to its mission as a lively sports car. Under the long, sculpted hood lives an updated version of the Mercedes-AMG-sourced 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, now producing a staggering 656 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
It’s brutally quick—3.5 seconds to 62 mph—and sounds like thunder echoing through the canyons of my review Drive. The roar of the exhaust is addicting, a deep, mechanical growl that makes every tunnel a personal concert hall.
