The Continental GT family offers two powertrains depending on the model. The GT Mulliner and GT Speed are centered around the iconic W12 engine, while the Azure and our S photo car make full use of the benefits provided by the V8.
The new-generation 4.0-liter, 32-valve V8 engine delivers 542 bhp (550 PS) and 568 lb.ft (770 Nm) of torque.
Equipped with dual twin-scroll turbochargers positioned inside the ‘V’ of the engine, it achieves a top speed of 198 mph (318 km/h) and accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.0 seconds).
The profile of the Continental GT remains as stunning as ever, featuring a long and low look accentuated by the forward positioning of the front wheels. This design choice extends the hood and lowers the nose. The key signature lines of the original Continental still dominate, with the ‘power line’ running from the headlights to the muscular rear haunch. However, it’s the lighting on the Continental GT that truly stands out. Utilizing the latest LED Matrix technology, the design of the headlights is particularly noteworthy. Inspired by the finest cut-crystal glasses, the internal surfaces are transparent with sharply defined edges that refract light like a diamond
