This vehicle is not a 500-miles-per-charge electric ride yet, the new Lexus is for the customer that wants to experience luxury while running around town or driving to a best friend’s beach house.

The RZ is the brand’s first globally available, purpose-built battery-electric vehicle that brings a dynamic driving experience and distinctive design focused on performance to the market. We all enjoy the distinct design Lexus is known for, but Lexus’ identifiable spindle grille is replaced by the Lexus spindle body. Introduced with the 2023 Lexus RX, showcasing a distinctive roof spoiler to suppress aerodynamic force. The roof, trunk, and undercover are shaped to reduce aerodynamic drag and allow air to flow smoothly across the vehicle.

The RZ’s minimalist cabin is welcoming with an airy and maximally appointed luxury environment and our test ride was fitted with Dynamic Sky™ panorama glass roof option and a Mark Levinson® Surround Sound system with speakers tuned for the RZ’s cabin.

With an EPA-estimated range rating of up to 220 miles when equipped with 18” wheels, the RZ is a great fit for most households and brings true electric luxury to first-time EV buyers. The new RZ is offered in Premium and Luxury, with the Premium on 18-inch Dark Gray Metallic aluminum wheels while the Luxury is outfitted with 20-inch wheels in a Black and Machined finish.
