Brouillard
A Tribute To Ettore Bugatti’s Passions

An Homage To Ettore Bugatti’s Beloved Horse

Monterey Car Week—often dubbed Monterey’s Fashion Week for the world’s most beautiful machines—welcomed a singular debut: the first-ever appearance of the Bugatti Brouillard. Instantly recognizable as a Bugatti, it embodies the marque’s century-long tradition of coachbuilding artistry, translated here into a hypercar of rare elegance and power.
The Brouillard is a deeply personal homage to Ettore Bugatti’s love of horses, named after his cherished white and gray thoroughbred. Like its namesake, the car radiates speed, grace, and refinement. Its creation was guided by the Programme Solitaire, an atelier that extends customization beyond even Bugatti’s bespoke Sur Mesure, drawing inspiration from the golden era of coachbuilt icons.

The W16 Reimagined In A Coupé Profile

Haute Couture On Four Wheels

At its core, the Brouillard carries Bugatti’s legendary W16 quad-turbocharged engine, reimagined within an all-new Coupé profile. Every line and curve strikes a careful balance of form and function, from sculpted intakes and sweeping roofline to a tailored ducktail rear wing.
Inside, it is haute couture on four wheels: a hand-sculpted gear selector of Brouillard the horse, embroidered equestrian motifs, tartan fabrics woven in Paris, and a crystal-clear glass roof that floods the cabin with cathedral-like light. The Brouillard is not just a hypercar, but a living tribute to passion, discipline, and the enduring artistry of Bugatti.
