Rolls-Royce
La Rose Noire
Droptail

You Dream It

The Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail is a remarkable feat of automotive artistry, encapsulating intricate craftsmanship and personalization. “The significance of creating the only two-seater Rolls-Royce in the modern era of the brand is not lost on us,” said Alex Innes, Head of Rolls-Royce Coachbuild Design For Rolls-Royce and in many ways as a design team, we felt liberated to reexamine the tenets of Rolls-Royce design fundamentally.” This unique commission reflects the deep appreciation for design, luxury, and symbolism that Rolls-Royce represents. The car’s design philosophy and execution capture the essence of the Black Baccara rose, a luxurious and captivating flower that holds special significance for the commissioning family.
The car’s exterior color scheme draws inspiration from the Black Baccara rose, with its deep pomegranate hue that appears nearly black but reveals a red, pearlescent shimmer under direct sunlight. These colors, named ‘True Love’ and ‘Mystery,’ become the primary palette for the Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail, representing the romantic and mysterious aspects of the rose.

Rolls-Royce
Can Build It

An Absolute Pinnacle And The Design Equivalent of Haute Couture

Rolls-Royce Coachbuild clients are intimately involved with the creative and engineering process. They work in harmony with Rolls-Royce, gaining complete access to the design team. Unlike Soho House, you have to receive an invitation to build. Just because you have millions in the bank, your right to commission your coach build is not a perk, but if you get that call from Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars inquiring if you are ready, you call your team, fuel up your G650ER and head to Goodwood, England.
To celebrate the Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail, the owners commissioned a rare vintage of Champagne de Lossy, a wine property close to their hearts. This gesture adds an extra layer of exclusivity and personal connection to the entire project.
Overall, the Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail exemplifies the pinnacle of luxury and individuality that the brand represents. It’s a testament to the synergy between automotive design, personalization, and artistic expression, resulting in a truly unique and exquisite masterpiece on wheels.
