The edition will be offered across both electric and combustion models, and can be configured on the MINI Cooper 3-door, 5-door, and Convertible, with the exception of John Cooper Works. Whether you prefer the open-air convertible or the compact three-door, the Paul Smith Edition adds a layer of personality that makes the familiar unmistakably new.
Paul Smith and MINI have crossed paths before—MINI STRIP in 2021 and MINI Recharged in 2022—but this time the collaboration arrives with a more complete sense of identity. The British designer brings his signature “classic with a twist” aesthetic to the next generation of MINI, proof that heritage can evolve without feeling overly nostalgic. The edition is filled with thoughtful design moments: a tone of optimism, refined simplicity, and a bit of unexpected joy in the details.

The exterior is offered in three finishes, each designed with a distinctly British twist. Statement Grey is a modern interpretation of the original 1959 Mini Austin Seven, with a cool, bluish undertone that feels crisp and modern. Inspired White reimagines the soft Classic Mini Beige as a contemporary, elevated neutral. Midnight Black Metallic, classic from the current MINI family, rounds out the palette with understated elegance. The color choices alone set a cleaner, more refined tone—simple, but with intention.
Inside, the Paul Smith influence becomes even more evident. Knitted black surfaces appear across the dashboard and door panels, while tone-on-tone stripe textures inspired by Paul Smith fabrics add subtle visual dimension. Nightshade Blue Vescin sports seats are finished with textile accents at the shoulders and headrests, and the steering wheel’s textile band is stitched in bright, signature colors pulled from the Paul Smith stripe.
