After a full day of snorkeling, kayaking, and an introductory scuba diving lesson, we had worked up quite the appetite and were eager to indulge in the resort’s exceptional cuisine. Sampling both local and international fare was effortless, with options ranging from expansive buffets to thoughtfully curated à la carte menus. At Gourmet Marché, fresh local ingredients shine, while the Caribbean Restaurant & Grill serves authentic island flavors just steps from the sand, offering panoramic ocean views.

Hunter Steakhouse delivers the grand NYC steakhouse experience with an open kitchen and refined ambiance. Grazie Italian Trattoria offers a delicious range of classic Italian dishes, and the C/X Culinary Experience features a vibrant tasting menu. Sitting at the Chef’s Table for a seven-course journey was a standout moment. For a more casual evening, we opted for SCORE Brewhouse—laid-back, lively, and just what we needed.
