Bentley Flying Spur First Edition

From the retractable Flying B mascot that appears for the first time on a modern-day Flying Spur to the distinctive exhaust note from the powerful 12-cylinder engine, the all-new Flying Spur is a statement in design and technology showcase.

With the coming of age for a new kind of luxury car owner, comes a new attitude towards all things luxury. Less stodgy and fresher in their thinking which translates to the way they dress and the way they travel. Whether chilling in Hanes t-Shirt and worn Levi’s or rocking in the latest from Burberry or Stella McCartney their ease is the manifestation of their style. This new luxury thinking is also on full display with their travels – from flying on private charters to staying at exclusive beach resorts, and traveling off the beaten track for unique experiences.

How British Do Extraordinary

Bentley understands the new attitude towards luxury and with the Continental GT  and Continental GT Convertible, the Bentley Store is complete. With a bold road presence that is unmistakably Bentley, plus a luxurious cabin offering unparalleled levels of comfort and refinement, the new Flying Spur has been uniquely designed to satisfy both driver and passengers alike. Make no mistake this new Bentley is all-new from the ground up, the four-door seamlessly integrates the very best in British craftsmanship with cutting-edge, innovative features.

Now, this is third generation Flying Spur and like others in the Bentley lineup, contemporary sculptural designs once again hallmark of things Bentley on an entirely new platform.

The interior is unmistakably Bentley

New wheel designs alloy wheels included in the First Edition

Sitting at rest in awe, or as the new Fly Spur passes by one notices the fabulous muscular proportions, especially at the rear, are highlighted through the marque’s latest generation cut-crystal effect LED matrix headlamps and new wrap-around rear lamps incorporating ‘B’ motifs. Stylish wheel designs further enhance the Flying Spur’s personality and power.

To celebrate this new Bentley it is all about the very limited Flying Spur First Edition. This rare yet ‘everyday drive’ collectible is everything you want in four-doors of luxury, from 0-60 mph and All-Wheel steering that ensures maximum sure-footedness and engaging driving experience on every curvy road you can find.

From a state-of-the-art W12 engine to an 8-speed ZF dual-clutch transmission you also have a few exclusive features found on our Flying Spur First Edition test car. On the outside the First Edition exterior badge and a First Edition Fascia badge – a Union Jack flag with the numeral 1 in the center. Inside you have a choice of First Edition Bentley Winged Emblems embroidered into the headrests, and First Edition treadplates – presenting the Union Jack flag with First Edition written through the center and many more standard features that are usually optional, and has been impressively thought through to take Bentley into the next century. But it is that electronic Flying B mascot, undoubtedly one of the most iconic elements of the new model, that has been exquisitely redesigned and is featured for the first time since 1959. The wings illuminate and the mascot deploys electronically when the owner approaches and unlocks the car.

The point is that from the Bentley Rotating Display to the retractable Flying B mascot the new Flying Spur First Edition is not just a must-have but a lifestyle choice, and to be clear Bentley did not build the new Flying Spur for everyone, just for those select few that equate great design with perfection.
