Designer, George Sully, is taking innovative designs to a whole new level, with his break-out collection of intelligent Backpacks set to launch in Harry Rosen stores this spring, under his new premium accessories brand, Sully & Son Co.
Inspired by his travels to Japan, Sully created the triple black on black collection of intelligent backpacks appropriately called the Kuro Collection, Kuro meaning (black) in Japanese. Hence, much like Japanese design, Sully’s approach is lauded for the beauty he finds in simplicity. His work over the years has often been described as minimal, elegant, and subtle, with secreted details only to be found well after procurement.
When designing the Kuro Collection, Sully spared no expense when packing this handmade collection with clever add-ons, such as waxed polyester coated water-resistant shell, custom 3M reflective logo monikered waterproof zippers, USB & Micro USB exterior access charging ports, padded laptop, tablet, and dedicated smart-phone sleeves, adjustable air-mesh shoulder, chest and trolley straps, and S & S logoed liner with air-mesh technology back ventilation support.
