Toyota has made a stunning comeback with the Land Cruiser in the US, blending style and unyielding strength with luxurious features. According to Toyota group vice president and general manager Dave Christ, “This icon belongs in our lineup.” The 2024 Land Cruiser takes inspiration from its heritage, offering a design that reflects its storied past while retaining the legendary capability and durability it’s renowned for.

The Salt Lake City  Land Cruiser Heritage Museum made a fantastic venue for the reveal of the 2024 Land Cruiser with some of the world’s top media in attendance.

The 1958 model features black fabric seats and an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Toyota’s latest Audio Multimedia system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Land Cruiser grade steps up with heated and ventilated SofTex-trimmed seats, available in black or Java, along with a 12.3-inch multimedia monitor and an optional 14-speaker JBL premium sound system. To cater to diverse lifestyles, Toyota offers 4G connectivity for up to five devices, effectively turning the Land Cruiser into an AT&T Hotspot. The premium package on the Land Cruiser grade includes leather-trimmed seats, while the exclusive First Edition grade flaunts leather-trimmed seats with a special “First Edition” logo embossed on the door panels.
For enthusiasts, the Land Cruiser is available in three grades: Land Cruiser 1958, Land Cruiser, and the limited First Edition. An optional premium package adds even more features, including power-heated and ventilated leather-trimmed seats with lumbar support, a 14-speaker JBL audio system, a head-up display, a digital rearview mirror, and a moonroof.
With seven exterior color options, including two-tone choices, the Land Cruiser ensures there’s a model to suit every taste. The 2024 Land Cruiser not only pays homage to its heritage but also marks a new era of excitement and adventure for Toyota enthusiasts worldwide.
