Volvo XC90 Hybrid T8 Inscription

Minimalism At It's Best

It’s hard to believe that it was in January 2002 that the first XC90 was unveiled to the world at the North American International Auto Show with all kinds of praises not just from the press. At that time even auto designers from other manufacturers seemed to sigh in unison “I wish I did that one”

Now this 2020 XC90 Hybrid T8 Inscription, the Scandinavian design Twin Engine Plug-In Hybrid SUV, is once again enviable in both its design and performance specs and the XC90 is an ultimate ride for SUV connoisseurs. What has not changed for 2020 is that Volvo XC90 is equipped with the design, features, technology, utility, and safety features that impress today’s new breed of stylish consumers. With it’s confident, luxurious take on traditional minimalism design, the XC90 still stands out with an exterior stance appointed with balanced proportions and the interior’s relaxing design and the latest technology – all perfectly blended.

Power Without Compromise

Some of the fabulous new highlights for 2020 include a newly available six-seat configuration that provides easier access to the third-row seats, updated styling, colors, finishes, and a new tailored wool-blend interior option that expands the definition of luxury. The XC90 is available with three powertrains: our test XC90 Hybrid T8 Inscription had a combined 400 hp from its gasoline and electric power train with over 400 miles of total range, there is also a 316 horsepower gas powertrain and a 250 horsepower gas powertrain. Volvo’s Intellisafe suite of driver assistance features comes standard, including Collision Avoidance by City Safety, Pilot Assist with Adaptive Cruise Control and Distance Alert, Oncoming Lane Mitigation with Steering Assist, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), and Cross Traffic Alert with Autobrake.
