As the winter chill make way upon millions of us – it is time to plan our escape to beautiful Naples Florida. This sunny destination is also a culinary hotspot and a trip Florida is not complete without spending some time with Chef Vincenzo Betulia. Born in Sicily, Italy, and raised in Wisconsin, Betulia trained under renowned Chef Paul Bartolotta and has cooked alongside Michael White. Betulia has garnered high praise for his critically acclaimed trio of restaurants, Osteria Tulia, Bar Tulia, and The French, all located in the fabulous resort town of Naples, Florida, where he is changing the culinary landscape of the bustling beach town.
Not a stranger to accolades, Betulia’s restaurants have been featured by the Food Network’s “Emeril’s Florida,” named USA Today’s best Italian restaurant in Naples, awarded “Best Restaurant” by Naples Illustrated, and spotlighted by both Eater Miami and Saveur.
Betulia continued to solidify his status as the community’s premier chef and restaurateur with his crisis management efforts following Hurricane Irma in this past September. His preparation ultimately led Osteria Tulia to open as the first restaurant serving the community in the wake of the catastrophic storm.
Osteria Tulia Naples, Florida’s first osteria, serves exquisitely prepared rustic Italian cuisine in the ambiance of a convivial, lovingly restored Italian farmhouse.
Bar Tulia is Southwest Florida’s first Italian gastropub and craft cocktail bar featuring classic and modern pub food with an Italian rustic twist.
The French offers a rustique menu reminiscent to Chef Vincenzo’s rustic “country” Italian cuisine at his acclaimed establishments, Osteria Tulia and Bar Tulia.
