The Nissan Leaf Plus, engineered with the same fabulous technology that brought driver Sebastien Buemi a dramatic win for Nissan in the 2019 Formula E double-header weekend on the streets of Brooklyn, is an amazing ride for the city streets and open roads.

Formula E vehicle, LEAF Plus, and LEAF Nismo RC, a concept vehicle introduced last year.
With a very affordable price, and complete with great performance and its stand out design, the Nissan LEAF has become the best-selling electric vehicle since coming to market in 2010.
The Nissan LEAF PLUS with its formula E electric technology is accelerating on-ramp merging with seemingly boundless energy. The PLUS brings 50 percent more range to the vehicle than previous models, which is up to 226 miles.
The new power train allows faster acceleration when driving at high speeds. Accelerating from 50 mph to 75 mph is nearly 13 percent quicker than the standard Nissan LEAF. This allows the Nissan LEAF PLUS to confidently pass slower-moving vehicles, exit corners faster and more seamlessly, and merge easily with fast-moving traffic. The top speed has increased by approximately 10 percent for comfortable cruising.
Nissan LEAF’s revolutionary electric power train delivers excellent energy efficiency and robust torque for faster acceleration when merging off the onramp on to New York’s LIE or LA’s 405. The e-Pedal, which allowed me to start, accelerate, decelerate and stop using only the accelerator pedal, was exceptionally intuitive to use and a very cool addition to the tech-touches throughout the car.
Along with ProPILOT Assist, a single-lane highway driving assist technology that automatically adjusts the distance to the vehicle ahead, using a speed preset by the driver, and e-Pedal, the Nissan LEAF PLUS is equipped with a set of available advanced safety technologies including Intelligent Lane Intervention (I-LI), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and Intelligent Around View® Monitor (I-AVM).
With its eye-catching exterior and striking silhouette, that highlight the brands “Gliding Wing” design vocabulary begins with Nissan’s signature V-Motion grille with blue 3D mesh and continues to the aerodynamic rear of the vehicle.
The spacious, highly functional interior complete with a quality high-tech feel gives you the feeling of a very open cabin.
The driver information display simply focuses on visibility, creating a tasteful, understated look and feel with both excellent spaciousness and functionality. In our opinion the standard Nissan Leaf is a great city car, running around from Target to the gym and the Leaf Plus, with that extended range, makes this now a true road trip car. Nissan Leaf.
