Along with Vince Lee, we travel to fabulous Vancouver to best drive this new model Bentayga EWB and to show off a rear cabin experience deserving of the Bentley name. The reality is the Bentley owner wants to experience luxury at home, on a G700, to travel on Delta-seat 1A, and on their daily ride. With a first look, it’s hard to even notice this is the longer Bentayga thanks to the clever design team putting all the increased length in the rear door, creating an exceptionally large luxurious rear cabin area. Designed with an emphasis on wellness, this new model sees the introduction of the world’s first auto climate and advanced postural adjustment rear seat, guaranteed to foster extraordinary journeys. In addition, the rear is outfitted with Bentley’s Airline Seat specification. The most advanced seat ever fitted to a car, and many jets. This seat incorporates 22 ways of adjustment and it is equipped with a new auto climate sensing system and postural adjustment technology. To best experience this rear seat we had it in ‘Relax’ mode with our seat reclining at 40 degrees. Perfect comfort…magnified with the employ of the leather-trimmed footrest. 

The rear cabin of the Bentayga EWB sets a new benchmark for combining world-class luxury and technological innovation, demonstrating new heights of craftsmanship and comfort, also for the first time on a Bentley there are power closing doors. The panoramic sunroof illuminates the fine, and numerous details while enhancing the roominess of the spacious loft-like rear cabin.

Two specifications of Bentayga’s Extended Wheelbase are available now. Our test model in Azure gave us elegant and timeless design with unique signatures, focusing on maximum comfort and well-being, it also featured a unique 22″ ten-spoke directional wheel, bright lower bumper grilles, Azure embroidery, and badging. Other additional features include unique quilted seats, mood lighting, a heated steering wheel, and increased driver’s assistance aids. The First Edition specification builds further, including Bentley Diamond Illumination, metal overlays in the veneer, Naim for Bentley Premium Audio, and LED welcome lamps. Unique embroidery, inlays, and badging identify this as a highly exclusive and distinct model. The Bentayga EWB also brings the first application of Bentley Diamond Illumination that delivers cabin lighting.
