With its head-turning built-in wow-factor, the 2021 Genesis G80 has been garnering attention, with both the automotive press and consumers, since its arrival into dealerships in the fall of 2020. The Genesis G80 is now filling more driveways and parking spaces all the while bringing curiosity and envy to those with an eye for fine design.
Whether owners are running in and out of Target or at the valet stand for outdoor dining at BOA West Hollywood, the 2021 G80’s bold design, glittering architectural grille, and broad stance announce the arrival of a new style leading sedan.
The all-new 2021 Genesis G80 sedan goes beyond re-image luxury and brings a new definition of luxury to owners. Genesis is enticing younger buyers, including those who would initially consider cars from Germany or Japan to fill their auto needs
The interior design of the G80 is based on the “Beauty of White Space” concept inspired by traditional Korean architecture. Inside the priority is placed on the careful balance of personal space with state-of-the-art technology. This allowed the design team to optimize the layout of needed controls with calming, luxurious surfaces. Dividing the steering wheel into upper and lower halves, help to optimize intuitive use of the G80 while the thin air vents run across the passenger compartment.
The all-new 2021 Genesis G80 executive luxury sedan is available now with a 2.5T inline four-cylinder turbocharged engine or a 3.5T V-6 twin-turbocharged engine. G80s equipped with the 2.5T engine are available with rear-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. Worry not when a tight parking space avails itself, your G80 can park for you. Whether it’s pulling forward into a tight space or sliding itself into a nearly impossible parallel spot, with the press and hold of a button, the G80 allows you to stand safely aside while it intelligently parks itself.
With the fantastic design of the flagship G90 and the style plus substance GV80 SUV, the G80 is a great fit within the Genesis world. “The core of our brand lies within the G80,” said William Lee, Executive Vice President and Global Head of the Genesis Brand. “This segment represents where we started and we’re pleased that our newest offering achieves a perfect balance of discerning luxury and inspiring performance for our customers.”
The designers created a distinguished, yet modern look, that features signature design elements like the Crest Grille and double-lined Quad Lamp, that bring a sophisticated harmony to the silhouette. Genesis G80.
