With the ongoing mission to evolve the concept of contemporary menswear while responding to the present demands for sustainability and anticipating future world scenarios, the Stone Island Shadow Project aims to best serve the conscientious and stylish consumer.
The two collection Chapters are deliberately curated to support two seasons and each engineered by function and material research to serve through the transition from a hot to a cold climate.
The Chapters also allow the exploration of colors viewpoints within head-to-toe looks; by developing shades of color, as a refined approach to emphasize the idea of an authentic wardrobe.
This release also continues Stone Island’s mission to evolve contemporary menswear, with materials and silhouettes the focal points of the collection.
Throughout Shadow Project collections, Stone Island takes inspiration from real-world scenarios, designing items based on wearers’ behavioral patterns.
A particular focus in the first chapter of this collection is the stripping back of functional detailing. In its place, Stone Island focuses on textile and shape, while also incorporating internal storage solutions and generously tailored fits for the wearer’s comfort.
The collection itself is split into two separate chapters, allowing the collection to transition from hot to cold climates. Additionally, each chapter is an exploration of color and shade, particularly through the various head-to-toe looks. In the first chapter, colors range from neutral off-white tones to warm reds and oranges, with only rare hits of patterns appearing throughout. Stone Island.
